Tiki bars started to spring up here in the United States after our military men came home from World War II. Specifically after serving in the South Pacific. Decking out bars designed with tropical decor, serving up such drinks like the Mai Tai, the Zombie, the Navy Grog, and the Jungle Bird. Served is creative tiki style mugs.

Winter seemed to have lasted longer than normal. Did we even have Autumn? Yeah, Spring is a comin’. And before we know it, Summer will arrive. Then we can really enjoy the best of the Wenatchee Valley! Yea! yea. Something’s missing. You still wanna get away, don’t you. What are you dreaming about? And then there are the airports I don’t mind having a layover. Now, don’t get me wrong. I prefer getting to my distanation as quickly (and safely) as possible. But, I don’t need the stress of trying to get off a plane to rush to the other side of the airport to catch that flight that leaves in 15 minutes while someone is struggling with getting their many gift bags out of the overhead binds.
